What do you mean going so fast?  Do you mean the messages are scrolling  
off the screen?  If so, must make the screen longer with:  
 
  mode co80,52  
 
The usual reason for Mozilla not starting is mismatched DLLs.  If you  
installed IWB, get it out of LIBPATH, or use a script with SET  
BEGINLIBPATH to ensure the correct DLLs get loaded.  See:
