How are you pointing TaxAct at its data file? Some apps require a command
line parameter, or in the case of Windows apps, a registry entry. Has
anyone checked out how the app is started under Windows?
If this is the only problem the app has and the app will start under Odin,
I would recommend running under a debug build of Odin and taking a look at
the file access attempt. This should be easy enough to find in the logs.
