That's odd. Where are the IDE and SCSI IRQs? Is that the video card
using an IRQ or it is something else?

It won't until we know what IRQ to tell it to change. :-)

If you want, but I'd rather know why it's failing. Also, there's not
guarantee a reinstall will change anything.

You can try that, just to see if it changes anything.

BTW, how are you testing your connection?

I would run iptrace to see which side is deaf. See:

Are you sure you have to DNS settings correct?

You might also send me copies of:

setup.cmd
protocol.ini
resolv
resolv2

I recall asking for setup.cmd and protocol.ini previously.
