It does deal with duplicate names. That's what the "Using" message is
telling you.
Something else is broken. Note that the sort error is occurring in a
different directory.
Perhaps you still have problem with your command line. I guess it's also
possible you are running out of space either for the ISO or in your TMP
directory.
