OK. I leaning away from an IRQ conflict at the moment, so let's leave
this for later.

OK. Now that I have the other files, I see that you are using dhcp, so
that's not unexpected. dhcp should build the resolv file for you.
It also reminds me that I may need a copy of dhcpcd.cfg

Good. I presume that DHCP is reporting it can not acquire a lease? True?
If so, use dhcpmon and iptrace. Use iptrace to capture the traffic when
you ask dhcpmon to acquire a lease. Let me see the ipformat output.
