I'm having a very nice conversation with Hayo Baan, the maker of bootAble. He is
VERRRY responsive to my request for help.
With regard to REXX support in commandline bootAble CD's: that support does not
work, if you use Object REXX, as I do. His response was:

I temporarily switched to Classic REXX and created a commandline bootAble CD.
REXX support worked there, just as Hayo stated.
We are still working on my problem with PMView on the WPS bootAble CD.
