A clean install.  Do you know how to build the Mozilla trees so that   
the program is separate from data; profiles, bookmarks, email...?   
This makes it trivial to change versions and easier to share data.  
 
The only things to put in config.sys are:  
SET MOZILLA_HOME=H:\MOZPROFILES  
SET MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH=H:\MOZPROFILES\PLUGINS
