Probably not. You probably want:

m:/

A path names a specific directory or file. As defined by mkisofs, a
pathspec is a superset of this. The following are all pathspecs:

foo/
foo
foo/bar/=../old.lis
foo/bar/xxx=../old.lis

Yes, that would be relative.

Depends on the switch. For the boot image file, yes. For the catalog no.
The catalog path is relative to the root directory of the ISO.
