I installed eCS v. 1.2. The install went well and it seemed to be running
just fine. I began pushing the envelope (details later), so when I got a
Trap 000E error, I wasn't surprised. Figuring something had gotten
corrupted, I reinstalled eCS. But even though I reformatted the hard
drive, the trap E error will not go away!
During the latest install attempt, phase one went fine, but during phase 2
-- while installing Java 14 -- I got the trap 000E error in Module OS2KRNL
-- internal revision 14.100c_W4 etc.
Does this point to a hardware problem? I am not aware of any recent
hardware changes. DOS and Windows seem to work fine on that computer. Is
there some way to troubleshoot this. Could there be a problem with the new
eCS?
Thanks,
Sandy
