OK -- I remmed out all of them except the ones shown in the Warp 
config.sys.

The only IRQ shown is: 
NVidia NForce2 --- irq 5. 
It shows the same with both operating systems.

I downloaded the program, but I haven't figured out yet how it will help 
me.

I added the /V to Genm32.os2 and it worked fine (again both operating 
systems). 
So far none of these changes has allowed for internet access when I boot 
eCS. Is there any other way to check for irq conflict? 
Should I try formatting the partition and reinstalling eCS from scratch? 
Should I install a LAN card and disable the onboard LAN (which would be a 
shame as it works fine with OS/2 Warp).
