Hello Jordan!
I have a SB Live! Value card, and have been successful so far in
converting 3 cassette tapes into .WAV files. Two are spoken word and one
is music. They sound just fine to my totally untrained ear. While the
spoken ones are a single track per tape and will be converted to .MP3
files, I need Gramofile to split the music file into tracks. I could
probably do it manually with COPYWAVE, but that's a bit tedious!
Xfree86 installation looks like a large mountain to me with lots of
terms and concepts that I don't understand!
Thanks!
