Hard to say. I guess they need to charge to update the entitlement
database. :-) The code is exactly the same as v1.1.

I'm going to stop taking requests on Wednesday. This should give everyone
that's interested a chance to participate. With luck I can have firm
prices from Roderick by Friday and we can place on order as soon as I
collect money from everyone.
