I'm using PMView 2000.  You wouldn't by chance know where the filter  
docs are, would you?  I don't see them in pmview.hlp and EPFIHPLB.HLP  
appears to be for the Installation and Maintenance Utility.  The  
filters\ subdirectory just has .FLT files.  The PMView 2000 desktop  
object doesn't have anything additional but I may have a bad install  
because my desktop object points back to itself (it contains a folder  
object which points to itself).
