The process is the same. You probably have notes on what you did. To
review a bit:
- you need to xcopy the CD to a work area
- add your files
- use mkisofs to build an ISO with the required switches

I recommend you get a copy of Hayo Bann's bootAble. I doubt you can use
it directly to create your update 1.1 CD, but it should help you better
understanding of the parts that go into making no emulation bootable CD
using os2csm and memboot technology.
At a minumum, you will probably need to change your mkisofs command line
to include:
-b BOOTIMGS/CDLOADER.BIN -c BOOTIMGS/BOOT_CAT.BIN -no-emul-boot
-boot-load-size 4
