What you really mean is you want to burn a CD that is an image of drive
M:. To do this, your "source material" has to pass through mkisofs before
cdrecord will know what to do with it.

Don't try this now, but file it away for the future. The commands to do
this would be something like:

mkisofs -v -r -J M:\ | cdrecord -vv -

This tell mkisofs to take the content of M:, format is as an ISO and pipe
it into cdrecord. The - tell cdrecord to read the ISO from the standard
input.

You told it when you defined CDR_DEVICE=2,0,0. You could have defined the
device on the command line with the option dev=2,0,0, but since the burner
always has the same address, it is simplier to define it with the set
statement.
