Not that **we're** ever going to see anything approaching tech support _anyway_, but  
have you talked to Dell TS or Customer service regarding  _anything_ lately ?  You will  
be talking to someone in Bombay or Beijing, who *seems* to speak English (though this  
is debateable), who pretends to know the product(s) but doesn't, pretends to handle  
company policies but can't, and generally wastes your time -- of which there will be  
very much on hold.  {I particularly like the way these very outsourced staff feign  
American names.}  Yeah, I know, this is the way things seem to be going, across the  
board.  But, after a few other Dell product purchases, I am disinclined to buy anything  
else from them.
