The 33MHz looks slow to me, but someone more familar with the IDE specs is  
going to have to jump in here with a comparison

I would expect about 5 seconds on your hardware.  Keep in mind that  
Mozilla loads a lot of DLLs.  This slows down loading on any system  
regardless of speed.

OK.  That says none of the time is being spent going out on the net looks  
for your home page.  That's what I wanted to check.

This makes sense since it's really not much more work than starting with a  
blank page.
