The message header indicates that it came from charter.net,
so it's possibly you, but this stuff is so easily faked
that it might not be the case.
Another message was just recently posted to the list,
ostensibly from you, with MyDoom in it.
Look into the dark side of your machine with a virus
checker and see what you find.
