Thanks, Ray, but now it seems it never rains but it pours.

It appears I've lost one of my IBM scsi hard drives and I'm unable to boot
Warp at this time. It may be quite a while until I figure out what to do
about that, as I don't have a spare drive I can just plug in. This is the
first time I've ever had a hard drive fail. There seems to be a few rythmic
short squeak-like noises about the time the adapter would be trying to spin
up the drive during it's bios bootup (like it's doing retries), and the
adapter then shows a line item for the drive with "nsync" where it normally
would say 40kb; the adapter bios utility program doesn't find the drive.

It is interesting, though, that your modem shows up as a (device) WinModem,
which is how my pci sniffer (pcisnif.exe) showed it. I will have to get the
hard drive problem solved before I can download and run pci048vka.zip.
