Of course we support our products, as you can also see on our
mailing list.
However, as you can read on our web-page, the InJoy Dialer
is supported under the terms "best-effort". That means we are
doing our best, but we can't always guarantee a fast reply
(and this past week we have been extremely busy).
Please do not jump to conclusions about our support. 9 out of 10
users typically get an instant reply and we do our best with the
resources at hand.
