I mentioned it so no one would spend the time to check and see if it was  
there.  I'm not trying to waste peoples' time here.

Not much useful.  So I went to RFC Editor which says it's a Remote  
Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS).  Now I don't understand  
why netstat -s specifically labels the port.  If netstat was open source  
I could read the code and find out.
