I don't know.  But the Help contains the following which might work:  
 
  To create a second printer object with the same properties  
  as the original, but with a different port:   
 
    1. Display the pop-up menu for an existing printer object.   
    2. Select Create another.   
    3. Select a different port.   
 
You'll have to give the new printer object a different name, but if the  
new one stays on LPT1 as you want then you can just delete the old  
"LPT3" printer object and then rename the new object so its name is that  
of the old one.
