The wierd part it that is seems to be reporting a different error every
time it reboots. Make is hard is discern a pattern.

There's likely to be more than one CPU. The CPU responsible for overall
control is probably a hardened version of a relatively slow Pentium.
Power usage is always has to be minimized in these kinds of boxes as is
space utilization. You probably would not recognize the motherboard as
such. There's a basic overview at:
