Daniela's patch loader says that the patch need not be applied.

I have a 20 gig Maxtor installed on controller 0 and a Plextor PX-W2410TA
(Internal) CD-R on Controller 1.

I get this on a screen during boot:

Daniela's Bus Master IDE Driver for OS/2 v. 1.3.7c
Controller: 0 Port: 01F0 IRQ: 0E Status OK BusMaster
Scatter/Gather PCI Rev. 2.10 VIA 571 PCI to IDE IC Rev. 06 VID:
1106 OID: 0571 33 Mhz Unit: 0 Status OK SMS:16LBA NL: 126
Bus Master DMA Ultra DMA2/PI04 BPB Model Maxtor 2B020H1 WAH21PB0

The screen fills up with info about the CD-R and some other stuff about
com ports and the word "Enter". Hitting enter resumes booting.

Do you see anything in this info that could cause the Mozilla logo to
appear on my screen for about 5 seconds before the working screen appears?

Any comments or suggestions are welcome--as usual.

Regards,

Jack
