OK, thanks to Steven, Gary and Mark (primarily) I now have a set of APM drivers that do
not hang during bootup. However, I still cannot get my system to turn off power during a
"Power Off Shutdown". When I attempt to do so, my system stops with a trap 0008.

I recall some very recent discussion on this topic (I think). Can anyone help me with this
and fill me in.
