Well, you and I interpret it differently. Both my hardware and software firewall block
unsolicited intrusion attempts from the outside. The hardware one does it primarily by
NAT. The software firewall allows me to configure it to drop any inbound traffic that does
not have an ACK code (ones that I did not specifically invite into my computer).
