Yes, something is different but I have no clue what.

A format every time.
I just tried it again. Click next for every screen. The exceptions were to
select the correct time zone (I have also done this without changing the time
zone) and since eCS did not recognize my NIC I selected the "IBM NULL" driver,
I have also tried the "other drivers" and pointed eCS at the drivers I have
downloaded.
