If you are responding to someone asking for help who
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

When I do that, the Reply to All lists everybody in my address book. I
would like to do is reply only to those to whom the original message was
sent. That is what a "Reply to all" in Mozilla Mail does.
