I don't think that's true. CDFS is a CD (installable) file system, one of many. Windows   
uses it along with UDF. It does not belong to RSJ  
 
Please note the following from CONFIGTOOL:  
 
This OS/2 command is needed if you have a CD-ROM. It installs CDFS.IFS which is the   
"Installable File System" for CD-ROM's. Your CD-ROM is not going to run without it.
