I'll give you the short answer, the details are left for the student.  I   
don't remember where I got that line, engineering school I think.  
 
Get everything that resembles data or customization far away from the   
Mozilla tree, permanently, and delete the entire Mozilla tree; build the   
whole thing fresh.
