Hi Steven, 
I found it. It is a file called "qreqst.dat" and it resides in the INET 
subdirectory of the QUICKENW subdirectory. It was there when I copied the 
files, but it had a drive reference that needed to be changed. Once I 
edited the file, the "register" option disappeared.
