Yes. You are getting to quicken, but you are not getting to
softreg.quicken.com. Take a look at packet #93 in ecs1.txt. There's no
equivalent on the warp side because you are not trying to register, I
guess.
You can see more of the failure starting at packet #88 or so of ecs.txt.
You can also see that the trace is telling the truth:
[j:\tmp]nslookup softreg.quicken.com
Server: rns2.earthlink.net
Address: 207.217.77.82
*** rns2.earthlink.net can't find softreg.quicken.com: Non-existent
host/domain
This says that quicken will never find the host because it does not exist
anymore.
In hindsight, I think the UCSD.EDU fooled me because it was upper case.
It's rare for folks to put hostnames in RESOLV in upper case.
