I changed the nameserver = as per your figures, but it didn't help 
anything. 
FWIW, the Warp computer says: 
domain ucsd.edu 
nameserver 206.13.30.12 
nameserver 206.13.29.12 
This is the one that works with Quicken and Winos2. 
If you get a chance to look at the trace, that will be appreciated. Unless 
you think I should do another trace with the above figures.
