I guess it's time to do the drill since you didn't take the hint the first 
post.  Attach copies of: 
  lantran.log 
  protocol.ini 
  setup.cmd 
  config.sys 
  startup.cmd (if you have one) 
  dhcpcd.cfg 
and for good measure, include: 
  mptstart.cmd 
  tcpstart.cmd 
although I doubt they have anything to do with the problem.
