Don't be.  Per the news reports I've heard, this thing has caused a lot more  
havoc in Europe than it has here . . . so far.  I have DSL, and a whole lotta  
sites I tried to reach today were loading at a glacial pace.  Sometimes that  
can be the fault of Pac Bell, but I don't think it was their fault this time.
