And what is the point. The two seem to have the same sharing
situations. The following is from the MB, would the OS show something
different?

NIC is at:
System IRQ 11, INT# A

IRQ Summary: IRQs 3,5,10,11,14,15 are used by PCI devices
Shared IRQs: IRQ 5 is shared by 2 PCI Devices
IRQ 10 is shared by 2 PCI Devices
IRQ 11 is shared by 3 PCI Devices
