After installing eCS 1.1 I tried to create utility diskettes using
the provided utility. When this failed Chuck advised that eCS FP4
fixes the inability to do this.

Now I have put in FP 4, if I read this result correctly:

 [H:\]bldlevel os2krnl
Build Level Display Facility Version 6.12.675 Sep 25 2001
 Signature: @#IBM:14.098b#@_W4 IBM OS/2 Kernel
 Vendor: IBM
 Revision: 14.98
 File Version: 14.98
 Description: _W4 IBM OS/2 Kernel

However creation fails at the third floppy
"unable to copy file \OS2IMAGE\DISK_2\KEYBOARD.DCP"

Said file is 315 kb

 [H:\]dir /s keyboard.dcp
 10-03-01 6:45a 315,109 0 a--- KEYBOARD.DCP

However only 97 kb is left on the third floppy at this point, exactly
the same as during the failed first attempt:

 [H:\]DIR A:
  [snip]
 VCU MSG 1,760 10-16-01 6:26a
 VIOCALLS DLL 2,048 3-08-02 11:16a
       43 file(s) 1,349,554 bytes used
                         97,280 bytes free

What am I doing wrong?
