This looks OK at first glance. If you happen to have a backup, I would
check the [RTL8139_nif] section, just in cased you changed it while
futzing. The NIF says the settings are optional, with the exception of
DriverName, so I don't know why you have any.

Bad news. That means you will have no TCPIP interfaces. Try the attached
or find a backup. Install it to \MPTN\BIN. You don't have to reboot to
test it. Just run it from the command line. It will complain if ifconfig
can't find the NIC.
