I have had http://charter.net/default.aspx cable for at least a couple
years. Service is good. I may have to reboot the modem a couple
times a year. Spam has been almost nonexistent for the last few months.

I have http://access-4-free.com for backup. Ten hours per month, no
charge. No spam, but then I almost never use it.
