Ray,  
On the http://www.os2site.com/sw/dev/rexx/libs/ site, the two packages,  
 
	rexxlib.zip  
 
and  
 
	rexxlib_.zip  
 
seem to respectively be the REXXLIB function package and the demo for the same   
thing. After quickly reading the readme.txt file, apparently you can use the REXXLIB, for   
evaluation purposes. Continued use, or use in another product for distribution, however,   
requires registering it with Quercus. My copy is registered, so I may be able to use it in   
my SEEK program, with SEEK sent out by me for distribution. I'll have to check with   
Quercus on that.
