Since I've been using eCS v1.2 I've had a problem with a couple of
programs insisting on starting maximized. Most notably, InCharge.
Has anyone noticed this behavior?

I thought that dragging the window border with the shift key
depressed forced the wps to remember the window size. Maybe it is
another key combo?

I wonder about eCenter. I just started using it & epager, not
using them on v1.0. I first noticed problems when moving to a
different virtual desktop in epager and finding InCharge not
showing. Clicking on the ecenter to bring InCharge to the desktop
didn't work, but RMB clicking on the icon in eCenter and choosing
maximize did bring the program up, maximized. Now it comes up this
way always, even if I resize with the shift key depressed.
