OK! Bookshelf is an environmental variable defined in your CONFIG.SYS file. In mine it   
reads as follows:  
 
	SET   
BOOKSHELF=E:\IBMLAN\NETPROG;E:\ecs\book;E:\OS2\BOOK;C:\emx\book;E:\TCP  
IP\HELP;E:\MMOS2;  
 
I did not copy REXXEA.INF to a bookshelf directory. All that does is allow you to open   
up the help file, REXXEA.INF, by typing "VIEW.EXE REXXEA.INF" from any   
commandline. I don't have to set the commandline to the directory where REXXEA.INF   
resides. Notice that the instructions say that you "may copy REXXEA.INF...,". It's not a   
necessity to do so. I did not.
