That's what I suspected when I Googled for: 
  prndrv.exe os/2 
and the os2bbs showed up. :-)

It should go without saying, but to avoid non-recoverable problems when 
using unfamilar tools a known good Desktop backup is advised. 
For the technically included, prndrv deletes printer object related 
entries found in OS2SYS.INI.  The reason prvdrv exists is that the WPS 
does not always completely delete all remnants of a printer object and no 
one ever paid IBM enough to fix the defect. 
Prndrv does a substring match to select the printer data to delete, so one 
needs to exercise some care when entering match strings for the -d option.
