I own eCS. Just not the latest version. So there.

Okay, got it, thanks.

There's something very strange that happens in Font Palette. An
example: I go to Edit and select Helv and it says I can have point
sizes of 8,10,12,14,18,24. Those are the only options for point size.
But if I first switch to System VIO which gives me point sizes as small
as 2, I can then switch the face back to Helv and get Helv in point
sizes of 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,...

Either Font Palette doesn't know all the available point sizes or it
just decides it doesn't like my font selection and isn't going to let me
choose point sizes it doesn't care for, thank you very much.

Nasty little critter.

Next I go check PM_Fonts and there are *two* HELV keys. One is "HELV"
pointing to \OS2\DLL\HELV.FON, and the other is "HELV.OFM" pointing to
\PSFONTS\HELV.OFM". Hmm. So I look again in PM_Fonts for my System VIO
font and it's not there. Now what the heck...?!?

Why does my PM_Fonts have *two* Helv and *zero* System VIO, and why does
my Font Palette give differing point size selections depending on which
sequence I happen to click the Font Palette buttons?
