Found MAKEDISK.CMD.  Is the installation guide actually   
S:\BOOTIMGS\README.TXT?  That's the one I found that refers to BOOT_UPDATE.

Is this better?  I guess I was either lazy or giving more context than   
less.  Also I was writing from work (webmail) and the webmail text entry   
window is a heck of a lot smaller than the compose window in Mozilla.
