I am sure that Steven Levine used your e-mail address in the order.
On the first point, the electronic invoices come from info@mensys.nl.
So if you are blocking .nl e-mail, you lost your electronic invoice. A
printed invoice for each persons part of the group order will arrive
with the CD media.

If you ordered the product codes for CD media, then CD media is being
shipped from Mensys to Steven Levine. If you ordered the electronic
delivery product codes, then you will have to download the product
following the instructions in the electronic e-mail invoice. The
invoice indicates whether your product(s) are CD media or electronic
delivery.
My invoice says that the CD media product(s) are being shipped 1 Oct
04, so all who ordered CD media will be getting it after the order
arrives at Levine's residence and you get it from Steven by whatever
arrangements you made with him to pick it up or have him send it to
you or to pick your order up at a SCOUG function.
