Well, I thought I was quite clear -- throughout this process -- about
*only* wanting the physical media option, and my (written) order was based
on that. According to the Mensys invoice, I am supposed to go somewhere
to d/l the following: App. Pack, SVISTA, Open Office. It makes perfect
sense that the subscription plans would be for digital delivery, but,
otherwise, we seem to have a bit of a contradiciton here.

I did not notice such a reference on my Mensys invoices.
