I will check on this and addition provide instructions if the following is

You probably need to use your Mensys userid. If you ever ordered product
from Mensys, you already have one. If not it's easy enough to create one.

This is true.

I am glad to see that at least one person taking part on this thread
actually read the entire content of the emails they received. Everyone
should receive two, possibly three email. I can't be sure because I'm a
special case.

It appears that a number of you have chosen to use the selective reading
feature of your brains.

You need to ask yourself some questions. First, ask yourself is what is
the named digital delivery item. the answer is it is Open Office via
digital delivery. The next question to ask yourself is did I order this
item. The answer for most of you is no. The next question to ask
yourself is why am I getting this. The answer is it is a freebie provided
by Mensys because they appreciate our business.

For those of you whining about not wanting to do a digitial download all I
can say is don't download it. If you ordered that App Pack it will be on
the CD.
