I double-checked and it turns out that the item/part numbers Steven   
provided are for the CD versions of eCS 1.2 and OpenOffice. So I will   
wait for the CD's and the hard-copy invoice.  
 
I assume they will not arrive in time for Sunday's Help Desk session?
