Aha -- drop down menu. Yes, there it is:

application/html
text/html

Both pointed to explore.exe%s

However, I changed them to:
mozilla.exe%s

and now when I RMB on the attachment, and click on "view" nothing happens.
I don't even get IBM web explorer. Mozilla is open and running, but
clearly I am still missing something.

Is there something about the parameters that need to be changed?
